Here I’ll be talking about pharma traffic exclusively.

Many webmasters work with pharmacy traffic, and here are the basic methods of turning this traffic into money:
1) Pay Per Click Programs
2) Pay Per Sale Programs

Each of these methods has its pros and cons. Using the first option a webmaster gets a fixed sum for every click made by surfers, whether they make a purchase or not. The price can vary heavily from $0,2 to $9 per click. Using the second option a webmaster gets credit when a user makes a purchase. The usual commission is about 30% of the price, which is up to 20-60$. Repeated purchases are the main advantage of the second option. I.e. a person makes an order and gets the package in time - which makes him likely to buy from this shop again. About 10% of the customers return for another pack. The main thing to take care of when you work with Pay Per Sale program is filtering solvent traffic:
1) Geotargeting. Use only traffic from solvent countries and those countries where the shop ships its goods.
2) Analyzing the search query. If a user searched for a certain pill using words like buy, online, shipping, cheap, discount, fedex, without prescription, city name + any of these, he’s likely to buy. On the other hand, if the query includes side effects, pic, overdose, information and similar wording, send this visitor to a PPC and remember to add a banner to your feed - maybe he’ll finally buy something.
3) If a search query includes “free shipping”, send him to the site with free shipping (shipping costs included into the price). Same thing with FedEx etc.
4) Place a search field on the pages of your shop so that a user can search for a product not sold by you using a PPC.

Affiliate programs worth working with:
PPC:
marketing 3fn

Paying 80% from the bid amount. 5% referral payments. Weekly payouts via wires ($35 comission), ePassporte ($3 per transaction), Fethard ($3 per transaction), WebMoney (1.5% commission). Minimal payout sum is 100$.

peakclick

Paying 70% from the bid amount (you can choose between dollar and Euro payments). 3-level referral system (5% for the 1st level, 2% for the 2nd level, 1% for the 3rd). Biweekly payouts through wire ($25), check (free of charge), ePassporte (free of charge), Western Union (WU commission), Fethard (free of charge), WebMoney (0.8%). Minimal payout sum is 100$. Money prizes given away on a monthly basis.

PPS:
stimul media

You can set your custom pill prices. The margin is yours. The choice of pills is huge. You can send traffic to the program’s shops, or build your own. 3-level referral system (5%, 3%, 2%). $100 minimal payout sum. Payouts to WebMoney (free of charge), wire, Fethard, PayPal, ePassporte.
